I've had an interest in photography ever since I purchased my first SLR (a Miranda Sensorex) in Vietnam in 1967. I moved up to a Canon AE-1 in the 1970's but phased out of film work when digital took hold in the mid-1990's. I started using an Olympus 1.3MP P&S and loved it. I recently turned professional concentrating in the fields off nature/wildlife and fashion/glamor photography. I now use a Canon 1D Mark III and a Canon 5D on location and in my studio in Norco, California (southern California).
